The PCT roadshow….Part 1 (Makati Sports Club)
Sunday, September 9th, 2007My partners in PCT had prepared for this event for a couple of months. It will be the first time our principal will be flying here to hold presentations on Australian Migration. Prayed a lot for the success of this visit as well as the right parties to partner with. There were two typhoons which preceeded the event held in makati but on the day itself, the rains stopped so many were able to make it. A few dozens were not able to attend since they were coming from the province and some flooded areas in MM.
Nevertheless, I knew our Lord helped us a lot. The participants were welcomed by colorful balloons upon registration. I didnt order any of those balloons but the Makati Sports club staff placed them to make the place more alive.
We started a bit late due to some technical problems with the projector. I was upset with the delay esp that the technician turned out not to be that knowledgeable.
It was also a good thing Nick bought an Australian flag last year for the office. We were able to use it this time.
I thanked the Lord not only when the rains stopped but when I saw the crowd who attended.
I facilitated the open forum shown below.
After the two hour presentation, Stirling held a One on one assessment in a separate room. It lasted till half past 10 in the evening.
The last remaining clients patiently waiting outside for their turn
Of course the two lovely ladies of PCT will not miss a photo with the special guest.
We ended the client assessments at close to 11pm!
